If you are experiencing a problem, please let us know right away so we can get straight to work helping you.

If we have a replacement part in inventory, we will send it to you right away (allowing for normal processing time).

If we don’t have a replacement part in stock, we’ll issue a refund upon the return of your purchase.
To request a prepaid UPS Ship ticket, simply contact us through and we will email one you can print out.
